Vegan Cinnamon Buns

Hey guys,

GREAT NEWS! I've been working on a healthy, easy, gluten and yeast free vegan cinnamon bun recipe and after several tries I have finally curated the perfect one just in time for the holidays. Something about these gives me the best cozy fall/christmas vibes. Being able to create a much healthier and still delicious version feels like a dream - so definitely sharing with all of you since this one is not included in my E-Book. Please try It and let me know what you think :)


  • 3/4 cup dairy free milk (I used coconut)

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp. Agave syrup (or maple)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Combine then add:

  • 2 tsp. Baking powder

  • 2.5 cups gluten free all purpose flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)

  • Roll out dough, and make filling


  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 3 tablespoon cinnamon

Spread the filling onto the dough, Roll up and cut into 7 or 8 pieces. Place on pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 F


  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar or coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp. Agave or maple syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 3 tbsp coconut milk — leave in fridge to set, while the cinnamon buns are baking
